SMS Program Terms

- Program Description

- Varies based on customer inquiry and transaction status.

- Reply STOP at any time; you will receive one final confirmation text.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with Smart Kool, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or submit a quote request.
Equipment Quotations & Availability
All equipment quotations provided by Smart Kool are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to product availability at the time of order. A quote is not binding on Smart Kool until it has been formally accepted and an order has been confirmed in writing. Prices, specifications, and package contents may change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that descriptions, BTU ratings, airflow figures, or other specifications are error-free.
Optional SMS Consent
Participation in our SMS programs is completely optional and is not a condition of submitting a quote request or purchasing products. You may submit any form with neither SMS option selected. Where you do opt in, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.
Separate consent is required for marketing text messages and for informational text messages. Granting one does not grant the other. Manage your preferences on our SMS Preferences page.
